If you are a Sage HRMS user, you will want to pay attention to the in product messaging from Sage. Typically after logging into HRMS, you will receive a message from Sage. The latest message informs users of the Q4 2017 SR1 (service release) that’s available for download. The release contains a number of Unemployment Insurance wage base limit changes for 2018 including:

  • Alaska changing to $39,500
  • Arkansas changing to $10,000
  • Colorado changing to $12,600
  • Delaware changing to $16,500
  • Iowa changing to $29,900
  • Missouri changing to $12,500
  • Montana changing to $32,000
  • Nevada changing to $30,500
  • New Jersey changing to $33,700
  • New Mexico changing to $24,200
  • New York changing to $11,100
  • North Carolina changing to $23,500
  • North Dakota changing to $35,500
  • Ohio changing to $9,500
  • Oklahoma changing to $17,600
  • Oregon changing to $39,300
  • Pennsylvania changing to $10,000
  • Tennessee changing to $7,000
  • Vermont changing to $17,600
  • Washington changing to $47,300
  • Wyoming changing to $24,700

The service release does not contain updates to Federal tax withholding. The updates from the recent tax reform will be released in early February in another tax update (SR2).
